CA series round silencers are designed to reduce noise in air conditioning systems with round ducts
Sound-absorbing material – non-flammable mineral wool with RAL quality mark, biosoluble and therefore hygienically safe, in accordance with the requirements of the German standard TRGS 905 (Regulations for the handling of hazardous substances) and EU Directive 97/69/EG
The fiberglass coating protects against erosion at air speeds of up to 20 m/s
Housing and internal perforated surface made of galvanized sheet steel
Version with a connecting pipe with a recess for installing a seal, which is necessary for connection to round air ducts in accordance with the requirements of EN 1506 or EN 13180
Noise reduction measured according to EN ISO 7235
Housing tightness according to EN 15727, class B

Description
The round silencer of the CA series is designed for installation in ventilation systems; noise reduction level measured according to DIN EN ISO 7235. Sound-absorbing material – non-flammable mineral wool grade RAL-GZ 388 with glass fiber coating, meets the requirements of DIN 4102, fire hazard class A2; Covered with a perforated plate to protect against wear when exposed to air flows at speeds up to 20 m/s. The body and perforated inner contour are made of galvanized sheet steel. The connecting pipes for connection to round air ducts have grooves for sealing gaskets and comply with DIN EN 1506 or DIN EN 13180. The tightness of the housing corresponds to DIN EN 1751, class A.
