Various mounting options
Optional equipment
Electric actuator 24V/230V
Response temperature 72/95 °C
Description
When a fire occurs, fire dampers automatically close, preventing flames and smoke from spreading through the ducts into adjacent fire compartments. When the temperature rises to 72 C or 95 C (for warm air ventilation systems), the fusible link melts and the fire damper closes. The trigger mechanism is easily accessible and can be checked from the outside.
One or two limit switches (optional) are used to indicate the valve position.
Application
Fire dampers are designed to shut off the air duct between two fire compartments in the event of a fire and are CE marked and have a certificate of conformity
Valves prevent fire and smoke from spreading through the duct into adjacent fire compartments
Detailed description
Declaration of conformity of performance characteristics with the requirements of the EU Technical Regulations for construction products
Classification according to EN 13501-3, up to EI 240 (ve, ho, i ↔ o) S
Complies with EN 15650 requirements
Fire tested according to EN 1366-2 (negative pressure 300 Pa and 500 Pa)
Certified installation using mortar and reduced distance to support elements of up to 40 mm or up to 60 mm between two fire dampers (flange to flange)
When installing using mortar, the perimeter gap can be up to 225mm
Thanks to the presence of two inspection holes and a bayonet mount, all work can be performed by one person
Hygienic parameters comply with VDI 6022-1, VDI 3803-1, DIN 1946-4, EN 13779, Ö-Norm H 6020 and H 6021, SWKI standards
Corrosion protection meets the requirements of EN 15650 taking into account EN 60068-2-52
Tightness of a closed damper according to EN 1751, class 2
The housing tightness complies with EN 1751, class C (B + H ≤700, class B)
Low pressure drop and low noise
Any direction of air flow is allowed
With the AS interface, integration with a building management system as part of a fire damper system that meets the requirements of IEC 62026-2 is possible
Classification
Fire resistance class up to EN 13501-3, up to EI 240 (ve, ho, i ↔ o) S
Standard sizes
B × H: 200 × 100 – 1500 × 800 mm (intermediate dimensions in 1 mm increments)
L:305mm or 500mm

The following information applies in Germany:
If fire dampers with a mechanical shut-off element are to be used as a closure at the inlet of a transfer valve, local building codes must be followed. As a rule, the scope of application of such gates at the inlet of transfer valves is limited to supply ventilation systems
