The tightness of the closed valve with back pressure complies with the requirements of EN 1751, class 4
Maximum pressure load 5000 Pa
Differential opening pressure can be set in the range of 50 – 1000 Pa
The doors are made of AlMg3 alloy, resistant to salt water; body made of galvanized steel
The valves open when the actual differential pressure exceeds the maximum permissible value and close automatically when the actual differential falls below this value

Application
ARK2 series inertial air valves for protecting HVAC equipment, air ducts and service areas from pressure surges
If the actual pressure difference across the valve exceeds the opening pressure, the valves automatically open and excess pressure is released
In this way, it is possible to compensate for pressure surges resulting, for example, from the rapid and complete closure of fire dampers or air control valves.
The differential opening pressure can be set between 50 and 1000 Pa (B > 600 mm: max. 600 Pa)
