Description
Ceiling swirl diffusers in air conditioning systems generate a swirling air pattern that promotes effective mixing of supply air with the ambient room air. The resulting high-induction airflow rapidly reduces velocity and minimizes temperature differentials between supply and room air. These diffusers are especially suitable for applications with high airflow rates.
By effectively mixing air within the occupied zone, BBKPH swirl diffusers ensure even distribution of air streams across the room with minimal turbulence at occupant level.
The position of the diffuser’s guide vanes can be adjusted to change the discharge pattern, making it suitable for both heating and cooling operations, as well as varying airflow volumes. Horizontal air discharge is available in all directions, while vertical discharge is typically used in heating mode. The supply air temperature difference can range from –12 K to +15 K relative to the room temperature.
