Active chilled beams with one-way air distribution are a low-noise alternative to fan coil units. They are equipped with horizontal heat exchangers of two sizes, differing in performance.
Principle of operation
Active chilled beams supply conditioned primary (fresh) air to the room using heat exchangers to provide additional cooling and/or heating.
Primary air is supplied to the mixing chamber through nozzles. As a result, secondary air (room air) is drawn in through the recirculation grille and passes through the horizontal heat exchanger.
The treated outside and secondary (recirculation) air are mixed. The resulting mixture is supplied to the room horizontally through the supply air distribution grille.

The heat exchanger can be equipped with three types of fittings for connecting water circuit pipes: smooth fittings CU, fittings with external thread G1/2″ and a flat seal, fittings with a union nut G1/2″ and a flat seal
The supply air extension pipe is used when the dimensions of the ceiling fence deviate from the nominal value
