Series with diffuser, plenum and distribution chamber
AuraFlex diffusers
The front panel and frame are made of steel, the back plate is made of galvanized steel. The back plate is equipped with an EPDM gasket. AFVs are painted white as standard; RAL 9003 – gloss 30. Other colors available on request. The ceiling diffusers are made of steel, the back plate is made of galvanized steel with an EPDM gasket. The front panel is fixed with magnets.
AuraFlex static chamber
AFK is made from galvanized sheet steel, the noise-absorbing material is made from polyester. On the AFK, the outlet for the AuraFlex duct is made of galvanized sheet steel and the inlet is made of plastic. The connections on the AFK for spiral channels are made of galvanized sheet steel.
AuraFlex distribution chamber
AF-FB are made of galvanized sheet steel, the inlet pipe is equipped with an ethylene-propylene rubber gasket. The outlet pipes are made of plastic.
AuraFlex diffusers
AFV is designed for comfortable ventilation of all types of premises where supply and exhaust ventilation is installed, for example, in modern apartment buildings or after major renovations. Round and rectangular diffusers are suitable for standard wall thicknesses with plasterboard sheets on both sides. We also offer round supply diffusers for ceiling installation. All diffusers in the AuraFlex series can be used for both supply and exhaust. The plenum damper can be easily cleaned when the diffuser is used for exhaust. If you require an exhaust air diffuser, we recommend using the DSO series exhaust diffuser.
DESIGN
The AFV consists of a front plate and a back plate with connections for the input channel. The diffuser faceplate attaches without tools and is easily removed for cleaning. The front panel has special recesses for the adjusting cable and measuring tube. The ceiling diffusers are made of steel, the back plate is made of galvanized steel with an EPDM gasket.
AuraFlex static chamber
The AFK plenum chamber is recommended to provide good noise insulation and as a control and measuring device. AFK is a rectangular plenum chamber with a sound-attenuating coating and a damper, with the possibility of access to the air duct. The flap can be locked in the desired position. AFK-TK is used with DSO when there is no need for a damper and a measuring point.
DESIGN
The AFK static camera is produced in three versions; straight, corner and roof structure. The chamber is insulated with sound-absorbing material on both sides. The plenum box is manufactured with 1 outlet and 1, 2 or 3 inlets for the AuraFlex duct. The plenum box contains a damper operated by a cable and a measuring point for commissioning. The plenum box is also suitable for spiral ducts, but in this case it comes with one inlet and one outlet. AFK-TK has noise insulation on the sides and bottom of the camera, without the possibility of adjustment, because This function is available in the DSO diffuser.
AuraFlex distribution chamber
AF-FB is a distribution chamber that branches AuraFlex ducts throughout the rooms in the apartment. When the outlet pipe is not in use, it is blocked with a plastic plug.
DESIGN
Distribution chambers are designed to reduce pressure loss and reduce noise. AF-FB comes with a standard Ø160 connection. Other sizes on request.
