RFD-SIRIUS SERIES

RFD-SIRIUS is used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to regulate air flow according to actual demand and as an air distribution device.

RFD sizes: 160, 200, 250, 315 and 400
SIRIUS sizes: 125, 160, 200 and 250
Air flow level: from 4.7 to 171.3 l/s or from 17 to 617 m³/h
For supply air
Installation flush into the ceiling, also suspended installation if equipped with an air distribution nozzle
Input control signal via MP bus, LonWorks FTT-10A, Modbus RTU, or analog signal
Built-in noise insulation element
Rapid equalization of temperatures and reduction of air flow speed is achieved due to the high level of ejection
Ideal for comfort zones

Description

RFD-SIRIUS combines the functions of air flow controller, silencer, plenum chamber and diffuser in one housing.

The differential pressure is measured using built-in measuring tubes and transmitted to the regulator.

The built-in linear actuator controls the position of the valve blade to achieve the set point.

The diffuser design provides effective sound absorption, resulting in low sound power levels.

Air flow 4.7 – 171.4 l/s or 17 – 617 m³/h

Temperature difference between supply air and room –12 to +10K

Add. components

The air flow controller for VAV systems with the Compact electronic controller, driven by an external control signal, can be integrated into a building automation system (BMS).

Supply voltage 24 V AC/DC
The signal interface depends on the selected control component option
Regulation of constant and variable air flow
Air flow is measured according to the dynamic measuring principle
Air flow rate control interval: approx. 10 – 100% of nominal air flow

Deviation from the working interval:

10 – 20% of nominal air flow: +/- 25%
20 – 40% of nominal air flow: +/- 10%
40 – 100% of nominal air flow: +/- 4%
